Customization Inquiry Negotiation
Negotiate with your special salesperson to confirm the product idea you want including the product style or shape, and more details including the battery capacity and puff count you want.
Your sales will get a more accurate design direction according to your inquiry and work out the design for you specially.
Industrial Design
After your needs or inquiries are clarified, the outlook design/industrial design is ready to go further, our engineer will draw out some solutions based on the settings you talked about with sales. This step may take around 1 week to finish.
There will be possibly several versions of the designs, may choose one of them to go further for next step.
Mechanical Design
After the outlook is settled down, the internal structure design will be started, this process will take around 3-4 days to finish.
Dummy Samples
After the outlook and internal structure design are all finished will arrange dummy samples to validate everything is in the rational range, these dummy samples will be functional dummy samples which means they worked well.
All the dummy samples will be finished by CNC machine, which will take around 1 week. At this stage, you are able to see your idea is becoming true.
Tooling Stage
The dummy samples will be sent or confirmed by the customer in any method according to requirement, after the dummy sample is confirmed, we are great to go further with the tooling from T0 to T1/T2, it relies on the complexity of the device.
T0 stage will take around 23-25 days, T1 will be 3-5 days after T0 stage.
Mass Production
Tooling set up, we are great to go with all materials preparation including liquid, packaging, and final mass production samples.
This will take around 15-20 days to finish, it depends on the ordering qty.
Case Evaluation
After finishing the production and the customer allocated all cargo, we need to collect the first batch of feedback and see any feedback from end customers to see any changes to make in the further orders.

The sales person will offer the dieline for silkscreen and packaging dieline for you to do the design of all lines up and we could also offer assistance for the design, will make samples for double confirmation after design.
Confirm Samples
Please make final sample confirmation with salesperson as this will be the mass production standard to look after and do QC inspection according to the samples.
